Bridging the gap between rock ‘n’ roll and classical music, conductor and arranger Brent Havens takes the podium to present The Music of Led Zeppelin, a powerful program he crafted to expand the listening experience of Led Zeppelin’s legendary tunes. With a full orchestra joined by a rock band and dynamic vocals, Havens and his ensemble capture the “sheer blast and power” of Led Zeppelin’s riffs, all while introducing new musical colors. The two-plus hour concert features 18 iconic Zeppelin songs, including “Stairway to Heaven,” “Heartbreaker,” “Black Dog,” and “Immigrant Song.”

“Our concept for The Music of Led Zeppelin was to stay as true to the originals as possible and then add some new colors to enhance what Zeppelin had already created,” says Havens. “The beauty of working with an orchestra is having an entire palette of sounds at your disposal. The band faithfully reproduces the original tracks, and having the orchestra behind them gives the music depth and richness, creating a whole new sense of power.”
