When and where will Coachella 2023 take place? Line up and all you need to know about the music festival

INDIO, CALIFORNIA: It is now formally here! Coachella‘s production company, Goldenvoice, has announced the 2023 roster for the event, which will take place in Indio, California, and will feature some of the biggest musicians to rock the house. Causing a stir among music fans, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival information is now available.

Speaking about Coachella, the horrible global pandemic forced the iconic desert festival to move its customary date from April to October 2020. Originally scheduled for April 2021, it was later moved to October 2021, but that date was postponed yet again. Coachella returned in 2022 despite challenges after the festivals were postponed in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19. One of the largest music festivals in the world, Coachella, sells out 125,000 tickets every day. However, the performance will go on this year, and it looks like it will be a ton of fun!

Honchos working behind the scenes of the two-weekend festival have experienced some snags in recent years despite putting up a wonderful display more recently. You may remember that there was some controversy around the replacement act after Kanye West pulled out of the event a week before the festival started. The Weeknd and Swedish House Mafia abruptly replaced Kanye West as the headliner, in addition to a number of layoffs, furloughs, shortened hours, and pay cuts. Travis Scott was supposed to be brought out, but once Kanye pulled the plug, it didn’t happen as planned.

The performances by the German marching band Meute, the techno band Arcade Fire, the local band Giselle Woo and the Night Owls, and former Oingo Boingo frontman Danny Elfman, who delivered rock-infused and cinematic performances backed by an orchestra, were some of the highlights of the 2022 festival. Harry Styles also brought out country star Shania Twain for Weekend 1 and Lizzo for Weekend 2. Following the cancellation of the festivals in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19, Coachella made a comeback that year but with difficulties, as reported by MNS.
