Music Network has announced its Spring Tour of 2023 and they will bring two amazing shows to The Dock, Carrick-on-Shannon on February 18 and March 18.

Four of Ireland’s finest on the folk and traditional music scene Noriana Kennedy, Oisín Mac Diarmada, Mirella Murray and Donogh Hennessy will play in The Dock on Saturday, February 18.
The Whileaways’ Noriana Kennedy is joined by Téada’s Oisín Mac Diarmada on fiddle and Mirella Murray, accordionist with Cherish the Ladies. Donogh Hennessy, a founding member of Lúnasa, brings his trademark rhythmic drive to complement the harmonic textures and melodic explorations of this vibrant trio and complete the line up.

With sublime songs, energetic tunes and captivating arrangements, this will be a musical cocktail to savour.
On March 18, the string trio of Maxim Rysanov, Nikita Boriso-Glebsky and Dóra Kokas will bring their unique brand of magic to venues.
Led by Grammy-nominated violist Maxim Rysanov and performing together for the very first time, the trio also features magnificent violinist Nikita Boriso-Glebsky, and one of the rising stars of the classical music world, cellist Dóra Kokas will also perform in The Dock.
Ukrainian-British violist and conductor Maxim Rysanov has established himself as one of the worldʼs most vibrant and charismatic musicians.
As a violist, he is principally known as a frequent guest of the crème of the international music scene. In parallel with playing viola, Maxim enjoys a thriving career as a conductor, often combining conducting and directing as a soloist in the same concert.
