Thailand’s open for business again and international artists have been lining up gigs throughout the year in Bangkok. We’ve compiled all the upcoming concerts and festivals of interest for your 2023 gig calendar.
Jan. 27: Cigarettes After Sex
The American band is bringing its velvety dream-pop fantasy to Bangkok when they play Jan. 27 at Moonstar Studio. Tickets are THB2,200.
Jan. 29: Jeff Bernat
Filipino-American R&B singer-producer Jeff Bernat is coming Jan. 29 to the Thunderdome Muang Thong Thani. Tickets are THB2,600.
Feb. 2-3: Stray Kids
The K-pop boy band will come for two shows as a part of their Maniac world tour. The concert will run two days – Feb. 2 and Feb. 3 – at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani. Tickets range from THB2,500 to THB8,500.
Feb. 4: Sunset Rollercoaster
The Taipei-based synth pop group is bringing their signature funky, groovy, jazz-inspired tunes to Bangkok fans on Feb. 4 at Voice Space. Tickets are THB2,200.
Feb. 5: Mayhem
Mayhem is coming from Norway to burn churches and play death metal, and they’re all out of churches. Submit to their Thalassic Ritual tour on Feb. 5 at Mr. Fox Live House located in Town in Town. Tickets are THB1,800.
Feb. 10: The Vamps
A decade after going viral on YouTube, the British pop band from Manchester will play Feb. 10 at Samyan Mitrtown Hall. Tickets are THB2,200 and THB2,800.
Feb. 20: Wallows
The Los Angeles-based alternative rock trio has announced that its Tell Me That It’s Over World Tour is making a stop in Bangkok as a part of their Asia tour. They’re playing Feb. 20 at Moonstar Studio. Tickets are THB2,200.
Feb. 22: Conan Gray
YouTuber turned singer-songwriter Conan Gray will bring his Superache Tour on Feb. 22 at Impact Exhibition Hall 5. Tickets range from THB1,500 to THB3,500.
Feb. 28: Westlife
The 00’s Irish heartthrobs that are Westlife will bring their The Wild Dreams tour to Bangkok on Feb. 28 at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani. Tickets range from THB1,500 to THB6,500.
March 3: One Republic
Best known for Counting Stars, Secrets, and Apologize, the five-piece outfit One Republic will be playing in Bangkok on March 3 at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani. Tickets range from THB1,500 to THB5,000.
March 9: Arctic Monkeys
English rock band Arctic Monkeys will perform in Bangkok for the first time. Best known for 505, Do I Wanna Know?, and A Certain Romance, the rockers will play their first Bangkok show on March 9 at BITEC Bang Na. Tickets range from THB4,000 to THB7,000.
March 11: Harry Styles
Former member of British pop boy band One Direction, Harry Styles is coming to Bangkok to perform on March 11 at Rajamangala National Stadium. Expect hits like Sign of the Times, Fine Line, and As It Was. Tickets range from THB1,500 to THB8,500.
March 11: Pelupo Music Festival
A brand new music festival called Pelupo was announced along with some promising headliners including Norwegian indie folk duo Kings of Convenience and French pop rock quartet Phoenix. The festival will spread across two stages on March 11 at the Siam Country Club in Pattaya. Tickets start at THB3,500.
March 14: Simple Plan
Veteran pop-punk band Simple Plan is coming to Bangkok on March 14 at CentralwOrld as part of their The Harder Than It Looks tour. Tickets start at THB2,700.
April 4: The 1975
Best known for songs like Robbers, Somebody Else, and Love It If We Made It, The 1975 will visit Bangkok for another live concert. The Manchester quartet will perform on April 4 at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani. Tickets start at THB2,500 and go up to THB6,500.
April 13-15: Rolling Loud Thailand
Thailand’s edition of Miami’s infamously rowdy hip-hop festival will happen during Songkran. The biggest acts announced so far are Travis Scott, Playboy Carti, and Lil Wayne. The venue is Legend Siam in Pattaya. Tickets start at a staggering THB8,500 for all three days.
July 29-30: Very Summer Fest 2023
Bangkok-based promoter Very Festival is hosting a two-day music festival at BITEC Bang Na. A full lineup will be announced on a later date. Tickets start at THB2,000
Dec. 2-3: Maho Rasop Music Festival
Outdoor music festival Maho Rasop will be back for its fourth edition Dec. 2 and Dec. 3 at ESC Park Rangsit. Lineup and ticket deets will be announced later.
